It is rare to find a reliable, affordable and honest mechanic these days. Look no further! I've already been telling friends about the service I received. Repair costs were reasonable and timely (front ball bearings, transmission flush and oil change). They texted me a report of the things they found and all that they inspected which I appreciated. They even noticed that my heater blower fan was "a bit noisy". That impressed me quite a bit because it gave value to the rest of the vehicle inspection report. The only way they would have known that would have been to be in the vehicle and to run the heater. Again, not a problem that I brought the car in for. That told me they thoroughly looked over the car, brought it to my attention and certainly didn't try to convince me to make a repair that wasn't needed, just wanted me to know they found it (unnecessary on a Honda with 280K and it still blows hot air). I will be bringing all of my cars here from now on as 1)I don't have the time to repair them myself like I used to and 2)I know I can trust them to do the job right, only do what is required 3)not over charge for it 4)Get the job done in a timely fashion 5)Were so kind and pleasant to work with! This is what a small business should be all about! Thanks Pella Car Car and thanks for the thank you card you sent after the fact with a $10 discount for future work! I was going to be a future and repeat customer anyway but that was a little extra icing on the cake.
