I used to love Barrett. I don't think I will return though. Recently purchased a truck through them. They, then, kept the truck an extra 5 business days to "fix" the exhaust. It was the only thing I wanted fixed before taking it, since my daughter will be riding in the truck. Upon receiving the truck, I realized the truck still had the exact same exhaust leak and has progressively gotten worse. They said they "fixed" other things on the truck such as the vent circulation, which also has stopped working. On top of this, during the time they had the truck I had to check in each day, even when I was told it was going to be done that day. This happened three times. I even waited until right before close and still had no call to update me that I was waiting for nothing. Very unimpressed. In all actuality, had the exhaust leak been fixed, this would've stayed as a 5 star review even with everything else, considering it is an old and used truck expecting perfection would be silly.

Awesome experience. Salesperson wasn't pushy and I was allowed to take my time not just in looking but also during the test drive. Walked away with a newer Passat!

A million stars!! I live out of state and needed to get my moms older model car in for brakes. I called and told them the situation, they went OUT of their way to help get her car to their shop. They provided a trustworthy quote and performed the work all in one day. The service staff, sales and management staff were WONDERFUL to deal with. I am so thankful we have an automotive repair shop for my moms car, that we can genuinely trust. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!! Much love from Colorado!!
